Created in 1939 by René Kartheiser under the name of FIDUCIAIRE KARTHEISER, as a sole-ownership business, who is today the oldest existing chartered-accountant firm in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

The sons of René Kartheiser, Fernand and John, incorporate together with François Thill and Robert Elvinger in 1981 the “société civile d’expertises comptables et fiscales FIDUCIAIRE FERNAND KARTHEISER & CIE Sc”, taking over the activities of Fiduciaire Kartheiser. Jean-Marie Boden and Hans-Martin Kuske become partners in 1988 respectively 1997.

Created on January 19th, 1987 under the name of Fiduciaire Benoy, as a sole-ownership business,  member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Business Auditors, member of the worldwide network ALLIOTT GROUP since late 1997.

Incorporation on both sides in 1990 of “ KARTHEISER MANAGEMENT Sàrl” and in 1992 of  “BENOY CONSULTING Sàrl” being in charge of incorporation and domiciliation of companies.

Since July 1st, 2001 regrouping of Fiduciaire Benoy and Benoy Consulting as a limited liability company under the name of Fiduciaire Benoy Consulting Sàrl. Partners: Alex Benoy, Charter Accountant, Nathalie Prieur and Gaby Trierwieler, both Tax Experts. It occupies a staff of 18 employees on December 31st, 2007.

On January 3rd, 2002 Fiduciaire Benoy Consulting Sàrl and Fiduciaire Fernand Kartheiser & Cie Sc incorporated a joined venture for Payroll services under the name of Payroll Sàrl, employing 7 employees on December 31st, 2007.

On January 1st, 2004 member of the worldwide network “TIAG – The International Accounting Group “. Between 2002 and 2007, reunion of all parts in the hands of 5 associates: Jean-Marie Boden, Charter Accountant, Roland De Cillia, Charter Accountant, Jeannot Diderrich, Charter Accountant, Hans-Martin Kuske, Charter Accountant, Romain Wagner, Charter Accountant. It emploies 20 employees on December 31st, 2007.

January 1st, 2008: Merger of the Fiduciaire Benoy Consulting Sàrl and Fiduciaire Kartheiser & Cie Sc in FIDUCIAIRE BENOY KARTHEISER Sc with 6 managers:

and keeping the company "PAYROLL Sàrl", and changing the name of "Kartheiser Management Sàrl" into "BENOY KARTHEISER MANAGEMENT Sàrl".
